When reading the Christian, or Hebrew scriptures, it is important to pay attention to complete sentences. For instance of one quits reading in the middle of Genesis chapter 1, and verse 1; then GOD appears to be inactive. This is not true and to quit reading in mid thought, formulate a theory as to why GOD is inactive is both inaccurate and wrong.
GOD created, in the begging, and creation is anything but an inactive activity.
